We keep this simple and honest — we collect as little as possible.

Who is responsible

What we process and why

· Orders: the items, the collection time, an order number and the first name You choose to give us — needed to prepare and hand over Your order, and kept as part of sales records required by Luxembourg accounting law.

· Notifications: if You enable them, we store an anonymous subscription for Your browser so we can send the opening notice You asked for. You can turn this off any time on the notifications page.

· Preferences: Your language and similar small settings stay in Your own browser (local storage). We do not use advertising trackers.

Payments

Card payments are processed by myPOS (myPOS World Ltd.) on their secure checkout. We never see or store Your card number — we only receive a confirmation that the payment succeeded.

Sharing & storage

Data lives with our processors (hosting and database within the EU where available) and is never sold or shared for marketing. Order records are kept as long as accounting law requires; notification subscriptions until You unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction or deletion of Your data at hello@bra-vo.com. You can also complain to the Luxembourg data protection authority (CNPD).
